1) HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDER TO SHIP?
A: For US order once the order has been processed and completed order generally ship within 1-5 days from West Virginia. Please allow 3-14 days from your postage date for your order to arrive. In the event you have purchase a "pre-order" item your item will ship once the pre-order sale has completed which is 15-20 days once the sale is available online. We do not provide tracking numbers for orders.
2) HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE ABOUT MY ORDER?
A: Please use the "contact" link on your left, someone from customer service will be in touch.
3) DO YOU HAVE A SIZE CART?
A: We do not have a size chart. We recommend picking a size based on a similar style shirt you might already own.
4) I PURCHASE A VIP PACKAGE, WHAT IS THE PROCESS ONCE I PURCHASED?
A: A representative from our office will be in touch with you no later than 24hrs prior to your purchased show date with details, in the event there is merchandise associated with the VIP Package please read the full description in the store under that item. Please bring your ID to the show and show up 2 hours before the posted door times.
5) DOES THE VIP PACKAGE INCLUDE A TICKET TO THE SHOW?
A: In most cases it does include a ticket. Please read the item description carefully to ensure that is does for the date you are purchasing it for.
6) WHEN ARE YOU PLAYING MY TOWN?
A: Please sign up for the official mailing list for all the direct updates on touring, merchandise and more.
7) I BOUGHT A TICKET/VIP PACKAGE BUT I CAN'T GO TO THE SHOW? CAN I GET A REFUND?
Due to the limited nature of the ticket/VIP packages, all sales are FINAL and no refunds can be given.
